2BS is recognized SAI/FSA 3.0 Silver equivalent!

Thanks to this equivalence, 2BS customers can now easily value their sustainable products in the food market.

The SAI (Sustainable Agriculture Initiative) is renowned for having developed a Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA) tool. This program enables sustainability certifications to be benchmarked with the FSA standards, highly valued in the food sector.

To support our customers by opening new markets to their sustainable raw materials, 2BS did the self-assessment process to evaluate 2BSvs and 2BSXtra certifications regarding the FSA criteria. We are proud to announce, today, that our certifications were rewarded with the Silver level on the FSA 3.0. This equivalence is available to both Traders and European First Gathering Points.

This new equivalence means that 2BS customers can now have access to a certification FSA Silver equivalent-recognized, all this in an easier process. You can learn everything you need to know about our SAI FSA Silver equivalence and the criteria to access it on our dedicated page!

And, to further support you in understanding the 2BS FSA 3.0 equivalence and get ready for the certification audit, we are proposing two training sessions, open to customers and auditors:

  • Wednesday, 18 October 2023, from 10 am to 12.30 pm (UTC+2, session in French).
  • A session in English will be announced soon.

During the training, players from the market will understand the additional elements that need to be put in place in order to be able to claim FSA 3.0 equivalence. Meanwhile, auditors will also learn how to audit these elements and update certificates.
