To all Nabisy users

Dear Sir or Madam,

At the end of July 2024, at the end of the deadline for Proofs of sustainability (POS) for the 2nd quarter 2024 mass balance period, there were problems with Nabisy due to missing certificate datasets. 

For Nabisy participants who were unable to issue the POS by 30.07.2024 due to missing certificates, a special process applies until 23.08.2024. The BLE can issue the POS in a shortened process, i.e. without an “application for subsequent issuance of POS”, if the file is received by 23.08.2024 by e-mail to nabisy@ble.de.

To issue the corresponding POS retrospectively, please send us this CSV-import/Excel template completed by e-mail to nabisy@ble.de. To enable us to allocate your request, please state “Subsequent Issuance without application form Q2/2024″ in the subject line of your e-mail.

The BLE would like to point out that this short process to issue POS retrospectively only applies to those POS with a date of delivery/transfer within the second quarter of 2024. An “application for subsequent issuance of POS” must be submitted to the BLE for the issue of POS for other mass balance periods. Starting from August 24th 2024, Nabisy participants must submit an ” application for subsequent issuance of POS”, for the subsequent issuance of POS for the second quarter of 2024.
