2BS guidelines are evolving to comply with the European Commission’s implementing regulations 2022-996.

To provide you with important insights into the changes in our guidelines, our team organized webinars dedicated to your supply chain!

BACKGROUND
In June 2022, the European Commission introduced new technical references to the RED II, which have a direct impact on the sustainability certification process within the fuel market. To ensure compliance, 2BS has submitted updated documentation to the European Commission. While the final version of this documentation is still pending validation, it is crucial to note that the Implementing Regulation mandates the implementation of these new guidelines from December 30, 2023.
