Update on the EEC + ESCA calculator

We are pleased to announce the release of our new version of the EEC + ESCA calculator – now available in both French and English!

Designed to help our customers with their sustainability certification process, this version of the tool includes some important updates:

  • The instructions are clearer and explain each parameter in greater detail.
  • Our calculator is evolving to meet the requirements of Implementing Regulation 2022/996 and, as a result, the use of aggregated values for direct and indirect N2O emissions is no longer permitted. Only disaggregated values are to be used to take account of the effect of climate on this type of emissions.
  • According to Implementing Regulation 2022/996, the FSOM parameter is not to be considered for N2O emissions. The new version therefore does not take it into account.
  • According to the same document, the Ef factor can be negative. The formula has been modified to allow this case.

The document is already available on our Documents page. If you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our team.
